As a manufacturer with a self-developed concrete formwork system, BECOFORM is a full-range supplier that delivers the custom-made parts to the construction site for its customers. Conventional, very costly formwork constructions are replaced by system products that remain in the finished components after concreting.

Shuttering elements are components for concrete construction that enable the construction site to divide large concrete sections into smaller sections.

These subdivisions are technically referred to as construction joints and can be shuttered in different ways.

This speeds up the construction process and leads to time savings of up to 50%, as our products are made up to the individual dimensions required and remain in the component after concreting.

BETTER with system

The shuttering is equipped with an expanded metal, which is profiled for better force transmission in the construction joint according to the guidelines.

The design of the stopend element allows a freely selectable metal waterstop system to be used.

Prefabricated lattice girders are welded to the expanded metal as stiffeners to ensure that the shuttering elements have load-bearing capacity and can withstand the concrete pressure.

BUILD up your advantage

Our products offer the possibility to combine any metal waterstop system. The elements are self-supporting and thus reduce additional working time for support. Due to the profiling, there is an optimal transfer of forces in the joint.
